Heather was born just south of Atlanta, Georgia, and raised primarily in Volusia County, Florida, where her family relocated when she was 13 due to her father’s career in commercial real estate. Growing up between Georgia and Florida gave Heather a strong connection to the Southeast and an early exposure to the real estate industry. She attended Silver Sands Middle School and Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, where she distinguished herself academically and socially, including being named Ms. Spruce Creek 2004 and graduating from the International Baccalaureate program.
Heather earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2009 and began her career in advertising sales at a Daytona Beach radio station, working closely with local businesses. Recognizing her natural talent for sales and relationship-building—skills inspired by her late father, John Hall—she transitioned into real estate. In 2016, Heather earned her Florida Broker’s License on her first attempt and spent several years as a Broker Sales Associate with a large international firm. In 2020, she launched HALL REALTY AND INVESTMENTS, where she serves as Broker/Owner. With more than 13 years of industry experience, Heather is known for operating a highly efficient, client-focused brokerage and delivering consistent results through long-standing relationships and strategic expertise.
